March 2025 - NEA was selected to provide architectural design services for a 16 lot subdivision in fast growing Middletown NY The house will range in size from 2700sf to 3700sf and will be set on beautiful wooded 2 acre lots on a quiet cul-de-sac.

2025 update 90% complete!! Its no secret hat there is nothing we love more than historic preservation and so NEA is excited to add our newest contribution alongside the stone houses of New Paltz.
